HSI extends its rise to 500+ pts and is now at 27,064

[ET Net News Agency, 9 February 2026] The Hang Seng Index extended its rise to more than
500 points, or 504 points to 27,064. The Hang Seng Index now rose 504 points, or 1.9% to
27,064; with market turnover of 83.02b; the Hang Seng China Enterprises Index now rose 156
points, or 1.7% to 9,187; the Hang Seng TECH Index now rose 85 points, or 1.6% to 5,431.
HSBC HOLDINGS (00005) now rose HK$4.4, or 3.3% to HK$139.2, with turnover of HK$829.5m;
BABA-W (09988) rose HK$4.1, or 2.6% to HK$159.1, with turnover of HK$3.15b; AIA (01299)
rose HK$2.35, or 2.8% to HK$85.85, with turnover of HK$1.04b. (ed)
