Description
In order to cooperate with the country and government's innovation and technology development policies, the "Innovation@Tai Po" held since 2019 has become an excellent example to showcase students' innovative spirit. This year's "Innovation@Tai Po 2025" will be held at Hong Kong Science Park Phase 3 from February 16 to 17, 2025 (Sunday and Monday). It is co-organized by the Tai Po School Liaison Committee and the Tai Po District Office, and funded by the Community Engagement Programme of the Home Affairs Department.
The two-day event will provide educational and interesting interactive areas such as exhibitions, creative workshops, and lectures to inspire the younger generation's understanding and interest in STEAM. The artificial intelligence experience area specially set up this year will allow teachers, students and parents to embark on an exploration journey that integrates diverse learning experiences. The "Innovation and Technology @ Tai Po 2025" exhibition will bring together new innovation and technology forces from 34 primary and secondary schools in Tai Po District to showcase their creative achievements, and is expected to attract more than 5,000 visitors this year. This annual innovation and technology event in Tai Po District aims to enhance public interest in STEAM, foster students’ creativity, pursue new scientific knowledge, and deepen exchanges between students and the innovation and technology community.
Creativity drives extraordinary works
At the media conference, shortlisted teams from six different primary and secondary schools were the first to showcase their creative and sincere works.
